I’m Daniel Hansen, founder of Hansen Multifamily Advisors. I began my career in property management in 2005 as a leasing consultant and went on to serve in roles at every level, including Regional Vice President overseeing client portfolios across the Midwest. Working both on site and at the portfolio level taught me how decisions about staffing, leasing, maintenance, expenses, and communication affect a property’s results.

I started Hansen Multifamily Advisors to bring that experience directly to owners and management teams. I provide an independent perspective, identify opportunities that may be easy to miss in day-to-day operations, and help turn recommendations into clear next steps.
